Mark your calendars! Our annual homeowners meeting is coming up on October 28th. Time and location are still being finalized, we'll post an update here as soon as they're locked in. This is our once-a-year chance to come together as a community: board elections, budget review, and a look back at what's happened around the neighborhood this year. We're also pairing it with a fall community get-together this year, so bring the family and stick around afterward. Proxy forms will be mailed to every household ahead of the meeting. If you can't make it in person, please fill one out and send it in, it helps us reach quorum and keeps your vote counted. Questions in the meantime? Reach out to the board anytime. The next regular board meeting will be held on September 9, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Salem Church Library in Fredericksburg, VA. The meeting will also be hosted virtually via Teams. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
